Description of Service

PonyUI is an AI-powered design tool that helps you create premium UI designs through a guided workflow. Our service allows you to connect your own AI API keys (such as Claude or Gemini) to generate designs.

Your API Keys

When using PonyUI with your own API keys:

• You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining your own API keys from third-party providers (Anthropic, Google, etc.)
• You are responsible for keeping your API keys secure and confidential
• You are responsible for any costs incurred through your API usage with third-party providers

Ownership of Generated Content

You retain full ownership of all designs, code, and other content generated using PonyUI. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your generated content. You are free to use, modify, and distribute your generated content without any restrictions from us.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use PonyUI for:

• Any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Generating harmful, offensive, or discriminatory content
• Attempting to reverse engineer or extract our proprietary algorithms
• Abusing or disrupting our service or servers

Disclaimer of Warranties

PonyUI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. The quality of generated designs depends on various factors including your inputs and the AI models used.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PonyUI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
